Fujian Xinghua Group (hereinafter abbreviated as Xinghua Group), was established in 1988. It locates in Anhai Town, an ancient commercial town with buoyant economy in Jinjiang City, the south of Fujian Province, China. Xinghua Group is one of the first batch of solely-owned enterprises established in Hong Kong after the reformation of China. Now, with two decades dedication, it has developed as an integrated group which sets foot into many areas, including R&D, manufacturing, investment and trading, etc.

Xinghua Group mainly is involved in many industries and business including textile, printing and dying, garment manufacturing, mining, jewelry, investment and real estate. Textile, printing and dying service are companion services it offers to many international companies which had built a long-term concrete relationship with Xinghua Group. Its garments are widely recognized not only in China mainland and Southeast Asia Nations, but also Great Britain, Germany and other developed countries. Beside this, our group is an expert in mining. Based on our profound knowledge in mining, we are competent in the whole process from prospecting, analyzing, to exploitation and trading. We can offer customer a series of services including prospecting, technique researching, capital financing, ore mining and market developing which help us successfully exploit many mineral resources, as iron and copper, in Fujian and Jiangxi Province. We also cooperate with an Indonesia Company to exploit and screen iron sands in the seashore. Jewelry business is also an interest of our Group. We procure the raw gem and jewelry from the origin place in other nations, set up branches in the main trading areas in China, and carry out trading activities.

Over decades’ development, Xinghua owns several wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Hongkong Sino Link Capital Resources Limited、Lung Wah Trading Co.、Fujian Xinghua Industrial Co., Ltd、Xiamen Hengkang International Co., Ltd、Xiamen Hesheng International Co., Ltd、Shanghai Teenagejoyousmen Trade Co., Ltd. We even have a manufacturing base of iron ore and sand in Indonesia. We also set up several international trading branches in Brazil, Uruguay and India, etc.

Since the day on, we have a common corporate spirit, which is ‘No giving up without success.’ With the insistent pursuits and continuous accumulation, we saw our survival and development in the stiff competing market. Our group is qualified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 which make us more competitive. We also awarded many merits by the Government, such as ‘Grade A Taxpaying Enterprise’, ‘Top Creditworthy Enterprise’, ‘Merit Foreign-Investment Enterprise of China’, ‘Employee-Caring Enterprise’ etc.

With two-decade development, we have a deep feeling that human resources are the root of our advancement. We have around 3000 staffs among which 200 are R&D or Management talents, 300 are marketing and sales cadremen. We have a whole set of staffs in manufacturing, researching and sales.
